However, 24 hour Walmarts and Supercenters will be closing early on New Years Eve (December 31st) and reopening on the morning of New Years Day (January 1st.) Most stores will close at 6:00PM New Years Eve and reopen at 7:00AM on New Years Day. Check with your local Walmart store to confirm hours of operation before heading out for the sales this New Years Eve and New Years Day.
