UPDATED NOVEMBER 1, 2016
Old Country Buffet is serving a FREE Veterans Day buffet meal on Friday, November 11. Includes beverage of your choice. This offer is available to all current and former military personnel.
To receive your free Hometown Buffet lunch or dinner on Veterans Day, simply show proof of military service such as your U.S. Uniform Services Identification Card, U.S. Uniform Services Retired Identification Card, current Leave and Earnings Statement (LES), Veterans Organization Card (i.e., American Legion and VFW), DD214, Citation or Commendation, photograph of yourself in uniform, or simply wear your uniform. This special promotional offer valid on November 11 during regular business hours at participating restaurants.
Thank you, Old Country Buffet, for serving our military men and women this Veterans Day!
Here’s a great buy one, get one FREE offer from what I call “The Old Country Buffet Family” (Old Country Buffet, Country Buffet, Hometown Buffet, Ryan’s, and Fire Mountain.) The name depends on what part of the country you’re in. But the deal is the same in all locations: Join their E-Club, then receive one FREE adult buffet when you purchase the same. Sign up and get full details here.
Sign up is quick and easy. In addition to the free buffet offer, you’ll also receive special offers and discounts via e-mail. And who doesn’t love a FREE buffet?
Offer valid at all participating Old Country Buffet, Country Buffet, Hometown Buffet, Fire Mountain, and Ryan’s restaurants.
I wanted to make you aware of an “unpublished” deal that I came across: Old Country Buffet is offering a heart healthy version of their lunch buffet for just $4.99 in my area. You get all of Old Country Buffet’s great salad selections and soups for this low price. The supermarkets now charge $4.99-6.99 per pound for their takeout salad bars, so this is a great deal. It represents a savings of more than 30% over the ‘full’ lunch buffet price of $7.29.
The soup and salad option isn’t advertised, at least not here. It’s not on the sign at the entrance, nor is it mentioned in their promotional literature. You have to tell the cashier that you want soup and salad only. He/she will then place a special sticker on your table card, alerting the service staff to your choice. (No cheating!)
Here at CheapoLife.com, we rate Old Country Buffet’s $4.99 endless soup and salad lunch as an excellent value. If you don’t have an Old Country Buffet near you, this deal *may* be available at the other Buffets, Inc. restaurants: Ryan’s, Hometown Buffet, Fire Mountain, Country Buffet, and Granny’s Buffet. Call and ask. Here’s a buffet option that’s for your heart, good for your waist, and good for your wallet!
Old Country Buffet is offering their Adult Buffet for only $6.99 with any beverage purchase. These full-page coupon inserts are being distributed via direct mail in many areas. They may also be included in local newspapers, depending on your location.
In regions not served by Old Country Buffet, look for similar offers from the “buffet family” of restaurants: Country Buffet, Ryan’s, Hometown Buffet, Fire Mountain, and Granny’s Buffet. $6.99 buys you an Adult Buffet with this valuable coupon. At this price, it’s worth watching your mailbox and searching the newspapers!
This coupon offer valid through September 18, 2011 at participating restaurants. Limit 2 adult dinners, each with a beverage purchase, per coupon. Most locations will be open holiday hours on Labor Day (Monday, September 5th.)
