Golden Corral will hold their twelfth annual Military Appreciation Monday on November 12, 2012. On this day, all veterans and current military personnel are invited to enjoy a FREE buffet dinner, including choice of beverage and dessert. Military Appreciation Monday is an annual event at Golden Corral, held each year on the Monday immediately preceding or following Veterans Day. It’s their way of giving back to the brave men and women who have given so much for our country.

This year, Golden Corral’s Military Appreciation Monday dinner will be offered on November 12 from 4:00-9:00PM. Why is it not held on Veterans Day? Because Golden Corral does not want to interfere with veterans’ parades, memorial services, commemorative ceremonies or other scheduled events held by the Disabled American Veterans or other organizations.

Golden Corral’s eleventh annual Military Appreciation Monday provides a free meal to any person who has served in the US Military (retirees, veterans, active duty, National Guard or Reserves.) No identification is required to receive this special meal deal. Friends and family members are encouraged to attend, but only the military member/veteran is eligible for the complimentary Military Appreciation Monday meal.

Personally, I think this is a wonderful gesture and a great way to say “thanks!” to the brave men and women who protect and serve our country.
